Due to obviousness, John and I have altered our travel to and from MB significantly to include some pretty serious southern BBQ sampling. At this point, we're trying to cover much of the ground of the
North Carolina Barbecue Society's "Historic Barbeque Trail." We stopped at Parkers (Wilson, NC) on the way down:

Not sure where we'll be headed this year but I just ordered
this and
this so, you know, meat in my mouth and stuff.
